Thanks for this upload. I have watched, and thoroughly enjoyed, four of Satoshi Kon's other films. Looking forward to this series. 
Kon's early death was a great loss to all of us. 
O.K. Have just finished watching the series and I agree wholeheartedly with Dr. Hellno's comments. This is a masterpiece of animation, a brilliant tour de force. Kon was a genius. Highly recommended.

I can't seem to load the subs for CCCP. The dual audio work but the subs aren't showing up at all, even when I checked the option =/

There is something with the video,it's glitching at times.while the audio is perfect and never stops/glitches etc,the video sometimes explodes to pixels and i have to wait for 3-5 seconds for it to recover (it doesn't desync though...)
I tested it with vlc portable.The above does apply for BSplayer too,but once it glitches the image stops there while the audio goes on.
Anyway I'm watching it as is and so far I like it!

I wish there was a sub option just for the Japanese text that appears in certain episodes.

I experienced a similar problem with the first few episodes but it doesn't seem to be a problem later on. Edit: I fixed the problem by ditching VLC for Media Player Classic + CCCP.

Paranoia Agent is rich with contrasting moods and startling ideas. From the maniacal grandeur of the opening to the quiet, smoky rumination of its pensive moments, the show demonstrates utter mastery of tone. It is a meditation on elements of society, on pain and responsibility, and since this is Kon, on reality itself. But it's more than just a think piece; like Paprika (released 2 years later), this is at its core both a slowly smoldering mystery with echoes of film noir, and a lavishly psychedelic journey through the human mind.
Unreservedly recommended!
