I've read practically all the manga I can get my hands on, and this is still my personal favourite for short series.

I'm gonna have to agree with Kirua because this is a really good short series.
Alright, basically you have an alien prince with the I.Q. of a gazillion, and rather than using this fantastic gift to help the Universe, our protagonist uses his brain to basically torment, for our humourous enjoyment, some of the unfortunate human and alien beings that he comes into contact with. It's pretty funny when you actually read the manga and not my bad grammer.

Personally, i thinks this manga is one of togashi's better work. It's quite a good short series. The way the prince torture people tickles me.
