This is a pretty funny anime. A while ago someone described it to me as the "anime version of Seinfeld" but I find Seinfeld better.But why are there so many Haruhi references, where the 2 made by the same guy or something?
Yes.. And some people descripe Lucky Star as a commercial for the Haruhi series..

I see. Lucky Star tries way too hard to make us like it, with the character design and stuff. I'm nearly at the end and I have to say it's barely worth watching.

Should be watched for a light weight, slice of life, comedy. No slapstick, no action. That's what this is selling. And sells good, may I say
