How does this fair compared to E-D's release?
I know that this is LD and that the E-D one is DVD source, but still the editing and the filters in encoding, might still make quite a difference that's why I'm asking.
In any case nice parody anime series, this was probably what I was looking for, after watching logh.

But now I'll prefer E-D's DVD rip. The video is sharper (the black lines are thinner), has no haloing and has dual-audio both in stereo.
But the styled ASS subs of your release are great.

I can't say anything certain about the source, unfortunately - I just grabbed the best RAWs that were available at that time and re-synced (manually Q_Q) the subs. The LD ripper was some anonymous guy from Perfect Dark/PD, a Japanese P2P network.
But now that the Remastered DVDs have been released, my release's only strong point are the soft-subs (which I'm rather proud of
). I wanted to reuse them for the DVDs too, but unfortunatelly, on every scene change there's a 1-2 frame difference and the timings get scrambled (and I wanted to retain all the scene-timing I did).

After being told about this anime by a friend of mine, I must say that it is defiantly worth checking out, especially if you enjoined any of the Tenchi series or Vandread.

May 28th 2009 (2 years and 11 months and 20 days)(spoiler warned slightly) For those complaining that the story is not over even after all of the OVAs, note that the original work (novel) continues far beyond that point; namely to generation of great-great-grandchild (!) of Tylor and Yuriko. Unfortunately they're not animated ever.
