The reason why this manga is so slow is because it's author has supposedly been seriously ill several times during this ten year time span (I say 'supposedly' because I don't know for sure but I remember reading about it a few years back, I've been following it since 2003). So that could explain why it's developing so extremely slowlyHe's not really sick, it's just that during these times he's trying to beat X-COM on Superhuman difficulty.

Picked up the first 2 volumes and just finished the first one... WOW. So weird - so many questions are presented. Hopefully they are answered throughout the series.

He's not really sick, it's just that during these times he's trying to beat X-COM on Superhuman difficulty.Beating X-COM on superhuman is not overly difficult. I did it with five or so restarts (start over from the beginning) while using
normal load/save methods (load when you start and save when you stop playing). If you load/save whenever something bad
happens it is ridiculously easy.
So it is unlikely it is x-com that is taking up all his time.

well i think after this long while this torrent needs an update cuz i think this has until the chapter 303 and the newest chapter is 351it stops intentionally on phrase 2, as Takeshi posted, it ends on 2012

Now I know what you guys mean by "seed forever". It definitely has its "lolwut" moments but it's a very good manga.
