cant believe they didnt use OP2 for the second half of the series.... what a let down

Uh, what? We used it for the same portion the series did, which is the last 10 or so episodes, including the last 2 episodes using the 2nd variant of OP2. Hell, I even made sure to replace the first 13 episodes with the original variant of OP1 that the R1 version didn't use. Might I suggest actually WATCHING the whole series before claiming that OPs weren't used?

This is a spectacular torrent. Can't tell you how much I appreciate this, broski.
Probably a bad idea for my first torrent though, my upload speed is garbage, my ratio may never recover
Audio: 8/10 (weird scratching would accompany the dialogue when wearing headphones, might have just been me though)

Could anyone comment on the quality of the subtitles? Someone said that the subs for the EG release are dubtitles and just wanted to know if thats the case for this release as well.» Quote
The EG release uses the same subs as this, because we both took them from the R1 DVDs. So if the EG ones are dubtitles, then so are these. Considering no one to my knowledge has actually fansubbed Wing, thats the best you'll find most likely. Really, R1 companies can't win -- if they change the dubs too much, they're accused of being 4Kids and butchering the original work, but if the dubs are faithful to the subtitle scripts, they get accused of using dubtitles.

ETA - I can't believe this gigangic torrent finished in less than 24 hours. Bakabt has one bomb ass community! Quality of the episodes is of course excellent, and it's so nice to have a copy with English as the default language.

It's a common issue with some media players. It just needs to be remuxed (install MKVMergeGUI, add the file to the program and simply resave it). It's a glitch with the way it adds chapters after the file is muxed, which is why I don't insert the chapters after the fact anymore.
