October 21st 2011 (6 months and 26 days)...Five months late but you might be using the wrong converter, happened to me until I started to fiddle around with the settings in the Output section, I believe. Just switch it to Haali Media Splitter and it works just fine.
Thanks for this OVA, been looking forward to this for awhile. I'm a fan of Higurashi so I don't think I'll be as disappointed as a lot of other people were. I read that another OVA series is on air or coming out in Japan called HNNKN Kira. But I think it looks less serious then this, and from what I heard this as a couple of silly episodes and some serious episodes that are actually quite good.
