At the very least, put the screenshots in the [screenshot] code. Might want to use a template as well.

This has got to be one of the oddest descriptions I have seen 
. it isn't exactly fail but...
Firstly "Subtitle Quality: Very Good" <--Get rid of that. Doesn't tell anyone anything.
Second - The spacing in your offer is too much. Get rid of all of those unnecessary spaces.
Third - USE A TEMPLATE. It looks much nicer.
Fourth - Include details on the Subtitle Codec
Fifth - Include the language of the audio. Yes i know that it is probably assumed to be Japanese but still...

The "very good" thing was a remnant of my D4 Princess offer. I forgot to remove it. Look, I don't have time to waste on a template. If someone wants to make one, fine, but all I want to do is offer these files. If you don't want them, fine, but I have better things to do then make a template. Also, I was not aware that using one was a requirement. I wrote all that needs to be known about this update. If I missed any info, I will add it.

Template aren't necessary, Xtras just wants them on every offer. As long as you have all the info that a template has, thats all you need.
The only thing I can see that might need improvement is the bottom paragraph. "These were made by DmonHiro using the old VHS rips that are also on BakaBT. Direct from the Blurays, these are a must watch for anyone who loves Card Captor Sakura." It's a little confusing. Maybe something like "These were made by DmonHiro using the subtitles from the old VHS rips that are also on BakaBT. Direct from the Blurays, these are a must watch for anyone who loves Card Captor Sakura."

Well, I never said they were necessary. In fact I kinda hate them, and prefer to use the CSS boxes that I adapted off Southrop. But at the very least they make the offers look nice instead of purely utilitarian.
As for the time involved, I just made the following template for you in all of 12 minutes. Would have been shorter, but I messed some stuff up copying and pasting and had to replace some of Kureshii's BBCode with HTML.
