i may just be the only one thats having problems but for episode 3 and 4 the subtitles are gone :'-(

If you are not using Media Classic Player-Home Cinema (aka MPC-HC) then download the latest CCCP from here (2011-11-11) and then set it up and use the player that comes with it.
Also remember to turn on the subtitles if you are using it. (usually done by default) (Navigate>Subtitle)

Well, no one has had any problems so far with that setup. Nevertheless I will check it and verify, but I am in middle of my test's, so I will be free only after a week. I apologize for the late response in advance.
