If I ware you I would rename all files by one pattern (Majin_Tantei_Nougami_Neuro_v##_c###[Group]) and trow them all in one folder... Buuut something makes me think that this time mods will be against it, since most of them are named the same way... still I think it would be better.................. Horrible file-names.
What you should defiantly do is to rename those few chapters that mess up the order in folders - chapter 14-15; 31-34; 49-52 and 98-99.
It be nice if your folder names would be a little more descriptive (Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro v## or something...)

Yeah, but volume 2 is messed up, no idea what name to give it. I figured that as long as they're in individual folders, they'll pass.

23 volumes in 4 years seems reasonable if you have a dedicated team, i typeset around 6 chapters every week.

I'm in no hurry.
The Anonymous chapters were gathered into a mediafire account, the rest were taken from tatsu-ryu and Fat Yako Fan's websites, so the names are original. I personally have no problem in renaming all of them or just the directories if you say the word.

To tell you the truth I don't care about the filenames, I don't like tough but I can change them myself

There doesn't seem to be too many mixed groups here so just fixing some naming inconsistencies should do here.
Remove underscores from the "Anonymous" release. That looks to be chapters 31-178. 179-END appear to be fine. 17-30 appear to be ok as well. Go ahead and ch14 and 15 match the others from vol 2. Then it should be fine to have them all in the same folder, which is what we prefer.

.... Renaming only few of them would be fine if you would have kept them in separate folders. Now they all are messed up again.
I'd also would like them all in one folder, but in that case all of them should be renamed.
(I suggest using file-name pattern from vol 2
)

Gah, sorry to ask for this. Separating them in folders would be ok. That's all that would need to be done.

I've finished this one quite recently, but it'll be nice to have full quality images to look over from time to time.

You could reduce the height of the image so that description isn't so stretched-out.
