What's wrong with 29.97? That's the framerate of NTSC DVD.

What's wrong with 29.97? That's the framerate of NTSC DVD.
Anime with 29.97fps are usually telecined/interlaced. Since this is an OVA, it'll most likely be the native framerate, but you can never be too sure with anime...

I also got the fonts from 22 MB down to 2.2 MB.

@migrena - Haha, that probably won't happen unless one group does it, or at least two groups that use a consistent naming system.
Only two episodes? That's a shame. (I'll just have to get by with the manga then.)

More like 29.97 is the native frame rate since it's SHAFT.

Only two episodes?"unknown number of episodes" - http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=7214. So if anidb is right then I don't get it why this has been allowed, since there could be more coming.

more like, proto's encode was terrible. I actually found a raw somewhere and muxed it with proto's subs back then....

ooo, these are bigger than the ones I have, have to grab, ty =)
and yes, only the 2 thus far... (of this batch, these are the 2 ova's that came after season 3. making them episodes # 42 & 43. not counting the preview episode #0... if any more are coming they will most likely be season 4 and that will be done here in a separate batch like the rest of them have been.
