You got the episodes mixed up. Kokoro should be ep.7-8. It is a 2 episode chapter while Hell Screen has only 1 episode.

For some reason episodes from 7 to 12 are not opening with me. I downloaded the series three times yet no luck. Am I the only one with such problem? It's weird since such thing never happened to me before. I use VLC all the time but there seems to be a problem with this series. Any advice?

Try using CCCP instead. You should however be able to at least play them even with VLC.
