It seems the audio is also out of sync in the whole movie by (200-400)ms, and this will be very hard to fix.

The subtitles in the attachments are extracted from the niizk release, and have wrong timing for this video.
The subtitles embedded in the mkv are a copy of the niizk subtitles with two errors: the ending of some lines are missing, and everything is 2 secs early after 0:46:16. The version by allouh has corrected timing, but the text is still incomplete. My version here:

If you can't get the properly timed version it's as simple as going into MPC's audio options and setting time shift to around -300ms.
The quality here is otherwise fantastic, but it's a damn shame this movie hasn't gotten a Bluray release. Of all of Kon's works, this one made me cry the most. Somehow I knew it would before I even watched it

September 7th 2010 (1 year and 8 months and 13 days)I'm getting this torrent for the good video quality it provides over niizk, so if anyone have niizk release i hope he can send me the subtitle and any embedded font and i will do the resynch and post the sub here/or make a patch for a new good file and let Hikaru6818 swap the torrent (if this can be allowed?).
Would be really nice and appreciated.
