I haven't had any of those problems, tho I'm only on episode 4 as I post this.
If I don't get any of those problems then you might look into getting a new player or codec's.

yup I finished the series with no problems whatsoever.

I'm having lots and lots of dropped frames. It's quite rare to run up into so bad an encoding newest CCCP cannot handle it ...and with DVD resolution.
I think I'll have to download PFsub (with Lunar translations) then, as most other are based on TVrips or have non-English subs.

But i can tell you one thing, he is completely wrong and have probably never seen or read this, only heard rumors or read posts on MF about it and thinks he is an expert....

Anyway, the show is fucking awesome. One of the better romance anime I have seen. It left me feeling content and happy in the end. It's no Toradora! but for those liked that show, this one may be up your alley. It's a very cute and sweet show. Despite the fact it only has about 11 minutes of actual content per episode, it feels very complete. I watched it from start to finish. I found it to be extremely addicting. I just love the whole concept of a struggling voice actress. It is almost like fan service to anime fans without any actual fan service.
And as far as the playback problems people are complaining about, I didn't find a single problem. I encountered flawless playback with no lag in subtitles. I watched it with MPlayer 2 with the SmPLayer front end in Ubuntu Linux.
