I don't think it's as bad as some seem to think.
I does take a while to figure out what's going on, but generally this is a decent watch.
I'm no expert on Anime styles, but it all looked good to me, interesting mechas if you are a fan of such things.
Agree with MrSuave about the music, great all the way through, the episode closing theme is sublime.
Readiing back I see some reference to this being an answer to Evangelion .....
That might have been someone's intent, but I don't think so !!
Did also wonder about the need for the naked female cast in the intro, but then, it's Anime and Japanese !!
If you think 9gig is a lot to risk, you still have a few days of Freeleech, and I think it's worth a look.
