The first installment wanted me to move, and exercise. But I'm too lazy for do exercises... 
The second installment wanted nothing, but that perfectly, I've got even synchronized with Hinako, and had a good nap.

Also make a comment in the description that the last screenshot is from the other file, the Stretching Special(?).I'll update the description today or tomorrow, maybe with some additional tweaks.

Considering this being the third installment of this... series..., there were enough people, who bought the previous two, to justify the production of another one. We already have a keitai manga, an artbook and two more characters (Kotori and Tsubasa from the ending of OVA1) who are yet to be introduced. And of course, there's the potential for a magical girl/pantsu spin-off based on OVA1's ending, featuring all of the four girls.

Actually, I rather enjoyed this. I've never really been one to do much stretching or working out, but seeing someone doing it so happy, it even looked fun! I wish I could stretch that easy... (especially my face! I envy animated characters for that unique ability!!)
Is it actually easier to do some stretches in/right after a bath? I think it would, since if your body is heated it tends to be a bit more loose...
(I wanted to see what Hiyoko's magic attack would have done... T_T)
(I wonder if Hinako is a fan of "I Dream of Genie"... or is it "Bewitched"... I can't remember. T_T)
I look forward to a new Training with Hinako! ^_^

Well, it helped me to remember how to count to 10 for sure and now i do the trainingies in my bath, makes them less boringy and rather useful X3 glad i saw it =D rather educative (except the ecchi parts *cough*)
I said it was "rather useful" though i am not sure what it is gonna do... XD so i just do it for the fun of it >=3

They need to be retaken in display aspect ratio.Actually that is the video DAR, seems SubDesu-H messed up...
Here's a patch I made that fixes the issue.
The patch is unofficial, so the patched file will not be uploaded here unless SubDesu-H make an official v2 (or adopt it as their official patch), or alternatively if another group picks it up...
