Yes, Ep09-12 are defaulted to have the subs turned off. Firstly, Media Player Classic is the recommended media player.For enabling subtitles, here are for 3 of the more common media players:
MediaPlayerClassic: Navigate > Subtitle Language > [English]
KMplayer: ALT + X (or right click > subtitles > show/hide)
VLC Player: Video > Subtitles Track > [English]
