Its still licensed in America, just by Sentai Filmworks. This torrent in my opinion needs to be taken down currently to support the american amine industry. (So people buy it so more great animes like Angel Beats gets made.)

If Angel Beats was taken down like you said, I most certainly would have never found out about it, and I sure would not have bought it. I will, however, buy merchandise from animes that I like. Or buy the mangas so that is supports the artists only AFTER I have watched and determined that I like a show. Lets not go all SOPA here.
