uhh..if i can help...theres a torrent with great quality on thepiratebay but the seed is.....uhh 50-50....if u search it just look for Toradora! just Toradora! with nothing else

You could just torrent from nyaa..... or get in with "UA" and DDL about off their https encrypted servers..... speed is 2/mbs its invite only and requires a bit of setup to a download manager 
Meh, I stopped going there cuz my internet is a bit too slow for the https.... torrents work out better for me. Just to say, there are ALOT of invite only private trackers and PHP/https/DDL private sites popping up..... must be SOPA.
