Wow, lots of shit to download today. Need to order me few more 2TB externals.Totally know the feeling! my 8TB Raid external only has 500GB free and its backup system (cause while RAID is convenient, it can be risky, I am just spanning, not striping, so not doing anything too silly) only has about 1TB free, I have this already, but this version looks like it has significantly superior quality to the ones I already have, totally getting it once my month resets (damn data limits!)

for windows, just install the CCCP pack here and use the included player (MPCHC). but seriously take just a quick look into the bakabt wiki and everything is explained there.
for linux and mac just build you own mplayer2 from here and use a GUI of your choice (mac: mplayer osx extended).

you can try the chihiro TV release. but every release with english subs uses the same subs from chihiro. maybe there were some hard subbed lines, that would explain the missing lines. or the dvd has some more content.
now i am curious, could give some examples where the subs are missing? episode number with timestamp please.

just checked/remembered the original chihiro release was poorly translated. so nothing you could do about it, there is no complete release with better subs.
