The "blurry" encode seems to be a huge complaint about our release for this and I'm going to address it here, so you guys don't have to continue fighting over it.
Yes, it is blurrier than it should be. Why? Because it was an encoder fail. A Gaussian resize filter was used instead of a better choice (Spline36, imo). We have already gone over this, and it will never happen again. Blame me for not catching it, blame the encoder for not choosing the right filter... do whatever you like. But, we do recognize the problem as a group. It's there and I'm not trying to hide it.
Is it bad enough to not get it? No, in fact the blur is very small and probably won't be recognizable by 95% of the people who watch it. If you take a look at our 1080p release, it's actually much sharper than this one. You should probably go download that one if you are bitching about the encode looking like crap.
Also, I know I might have stated sometime that we're going to be doing the Uraon series, but I don't think that's happening anytime soon just cause of the lack of interest.

Not really sure where I should be putting this question but I figured this would be as good of a place as any so here it is:
I was wondering would anyone be able to give me an estimate of how long after the release in June a copy of the English/Japanese duel audio version for this series will go up?
I watched season 1 in English and then switching to season 2 in Japanese wasn't very good; the characters just didn't sound right. That's not say I don't watch anime in Japanese because I watched GITS (Movie 1 and 2) in Japanese and really enjoyed them.

January 22nd 2012 (3 months and 30 days)I got the Chihiro 1080p, even though their font sucks. I don't know if it's upscaled or not.
And yet Chihiro's font is exactly the same as the font used in this release and by CoalGuys...
