I truly loved this series.
It uses some of the same elements as LOTGH but takes away much of the boring political talk that LOTGH suffered from. Don´t get me wrong, i loved LOTGH, i see it as the best space war Anime of all time. But it got unnecessary long and boring between the wars.
If they just had made Tytania longer i think it could rival even LOTGH.

Ummm, what is LOTGH?
this series looks interesting, it has some first rate people who worked on it, including some from Code Geass, Black Lagoon and HOTD.
I think i will give it a try. I wonder if there are any plans to license it.

Great show! ...although not for everyone. The plot is mostly strategy and politics, with a little action here and there. Its told mostly from the point of view of the "imperialist bad guys" while they're sipping tea on their space station planet. The reluctant hero of the story was awesome and added a whole careless "wildcard" feeling to the show whereas Titania was all about planning and politics. Graphics were amazing, music was pretty epic. My one problem with this show is a big one: IT NEEDS ANOTHER SEASON! It ends just when it feels like its beginning! In that respect the show is like Tenjou Tenge- amazing show, glad I watched it but it ends sort of abruptly just when things are starting to head towards a showdown. (Tenjou Tenge was probably even worse in that respect)
