I was very disappointed at how it just ended like that. It was getting really interesting and then it stops at chapter 3. I wonder if this is just a prequel or something.

Agree. It has potential. The possibility is still there. A lot of story can be ahead and there is more room for some more back story with flashbacks. Good story but really short.
