This anime is more than just a game anime ... its been a long time since i've seen an anime that can bring a tear in my eye ( first one being Clannad )

An excellent series giving unique insight into a huge element of modern Japan, dedication to achievement as exemplified in Business ethics and focus on work. Few other chances like this to see something deep in Japan and modern culture there. Another example of how anime does an amazing role at not just entertainment but expressing an entire culture's aspirations and dreams. Not to be missed. Also a fine encode.
